Shaiden Abila

Shaiden Paul Abila, 25, of Midland, passed away on December 11, 2021 in Pecos, TX.

Shaiden Paul was born in Odessa, TX to Paul Abila and Valerie Celaya on October 3, 1996.  He went to school in Midland and graduated from Pecos High School.  He graduated from Anngee’s Barber Academy.  He worked as a Barber for LuRue Salon and Barbershop.

Shaiden is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Rita Garcia Lara and his paternal grandfather Efren Rodriguez.

Shaiden is survived by his daughter; Jhailena Rita Abila from Midland TX, sister; Maleke Lanette Abila, brother; Khaidenze Paul Abila, both of Austin TX, Parents; Paul Abila of Pecos TX and Valerie Celaya of Midland TX, Stepdad; Hilario Celaya III, Stepmother; Marina Abila, Maternal grandfather; Joe Robert Lara Sr, Paternal grandmother; Lupe Abila, brothers; Paul Avery Abila, Paul Matthew Abila, Paul Efren Abila, Paul Harley Abila, J.R. Guerra and sister; Faith Guerra.

Pallbearers will be Khaidenze Paul Abila, Joshua Hernandez, Ramon Mata Jr, Bryson Gray, Bryant Gray, Joe Robert Lara III, Justice Lara, Honorary Pallbearers: Caiden Lara, Brennan Gray.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday December 19, 2021, at Pecos Funeral Home with a Rosary following at 7:00 p.m. Mask are required at the Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday December 20, 2021, at Word of Hope Church, 505 E 3rd Street with the Pastor Lee Serrano, officiating.

Burial will follow at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to the account that is set up for his daughter.
