Linda Montano

Linda Ornelas Montaño, 51 of Odessa,Tx received her wings on March13,2021 and was welcomed home by our Heavenly Father. She was born October 13,1969 to Manuel and Natividad Ornelas in Pecos,TX.

Linda was a dedicated wife of 33 years, a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt & Friend to many. Linda was a passionate CNA of 24 years who loved her job taking care of the elderly. She always went above and beyond to help others and always welcome anyone into her life with open arms and a big beautiful smile. She was a hard worker, enjoyed motorcycle rides with her husband and friends but most of all she loved family gatherings with her husband, children and grand babies Penne’, Bryan,
Khloé, E.J, Joziah, Zeke, Marisol & Emerie who she loved & adored.

Linda was a catholic and preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Natividad Ornelas. She is survived by her husband Hector Montaño, her daughter Victoria Valenzuela & husband Pedro Valenzuela, son Robin Ornelas, daughter Ashly Montaño & husband Edward Perrusquia and daughters Christine Montaño and Alma Montaño as well as her 8 grandchildren. Linda also leaves behind three sisters Marylou Baum of Odessa,TX. Diane Tercero & Rosemary Martinez both of Pecos TX. and brother Bobby Ornelas of Pecos, TX. along with many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held at Pecos Funeral Home on Wednesday March 24th, 2021 from 9 am. to 8 pm. with Rosary at 6:30 p.m, mask and social distancing is required at all times.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday March 25th at 10 a.m at Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic Church.  Family and friends are asked to be at the church by 9 am so they can be seated this is requested by the church. Only the Pallbearers and the family members that will be placing the pall at the church are to be at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.
