Elia Estrada

Elia Lopez Estrada, 70, of Saragosa, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Pecos, Texas.

Elia was born in Pecos, Texas to Felipe S. Lopez Sr and Liboria D. Lopez on December 4, 1952. Elia was raised by her Aunt and Uncle Frank and Elidia Fuentez.

Elia is preceded in death by her husband Flavio Estrada, her parents Felipe S. & Liboria D. Lopez, her aunt and uncle Frank & Elidia Fuentez, her step-daughter Samantha Estrada, sister Teresa Lopez, brothers Manuel Lopez and Miguel Lopez, Sr.

Elia is survived by her step-daughters Georgia Estrada and Jackie Estrada, her sisters Gloria Lopez, Sylvia (Valentin) Mendoza, Yolanda Lopez, Mary Jane Rios (Raul), Teresa Salinas, Maribel Hernandez (Ralph), her brothers Thomas Lopez (Jesus Maria), Felipe Lopez, Jr., Jose Luis Lopez, Sr., Abel Lopez, Sr., Rudy Lopez (Flor), Jesse Lopez (Betty), Hector Fuentez and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pall Bearers: Jose Luis Lopez, Sr., Abel Lopez, Sr., Rudy Lopez, Jesse Lopez, Yolanda Lopez and Maribel Hernandez.

Visitation from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023 at the Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.

Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2023 at the Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 4, 2023 with Mass at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Saragosa, Texas with Father Jose De La Cruz officiating.

Burial will follow at Saragosa Cemetery in Saragosa, Texas.

Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.

Elia was involved in many organizations and religious events to name. She was very well known in her community and very dedicated to her work of EMS.
