Victor Moran

Victor Moran, 63, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at his residence.
Victor was born May 3, 1955 in Pecos, Texas to the late Manuel and Ramona Moran. Victor was educated in the Pecos School Systems and worked for a number of years at Reeves County Juvenile Detention Center.
Victor loved to spend time with his friends laughing and always joking around till he took ill. He was a loving and caring person.
He is survived by his mother Ramona Moran; brothers, Juan Moran (Odessa) and Miguel Moran (San Diego, California); sisters, Enriqeta Natividad (Odessa) and Elida Quiroz (Austin); four nieces, and one nephew also survive.
Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 2018 at Pecos Funeral Home. A funeral memorial service will be on Saturday, December 22 @ 10 am at Pecos Funeral Home.
