Sue Richmond

Sue Richmond, 83 of Pecos, passed away on March 3, 2016 in Pecos, Texas.

Visitation will be held 5pm -7pm Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Pecos Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held 10am Monday, March 7, 2016 at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery with Rev. Clark Ford, former Pastor at First Christian Church of Pecos. Arrangements are under the care of Pecos Funeral Home.

Sue Richmond was born in Weatherford, Texas to Steve and Ruth Long on August 12, 1932. She went to school in Weatherford, Texas. She married James Richmond on March 23, 1951. She worked as an assistant for James F. Pattee, CPA over 40 years. She was very involved in her church, First Christian Church in Pecos, Texas.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two sisters Billie Ruth Bell and Louise Beadle of Weatherford, Texas.
Sue is survived by son, Tommy Richmond and wife Barbara of Big Spring, Texas; daughter, Karen Baxter of Pecos, Texas; grandson, James Richmond of Odessa, Texas; granddaughter; Sharla Sue Baxter of Pecos, Texas; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Linda Thompson of Abilene, Texas; brother, Steve Long and wife Betty of Granbury, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to First Christian Church of Pecos, Texas. The family of Sue Richmond wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Pecos Nursing Home Staff.
