Ruben T. Barreno, 75, of Pecos, Texas passed away on April 18, 2026. He was born on November 2, 1950 to Alberto and Alicia Barreno. Ruben graduated from Pecos High School and was a US Army Veteran.
Graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00am Friday, May 15, 2026 at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his parents Alberto and Alicia Barreno and brother Robert Barreno.
Ruben is survived by his brothers Ricky Barrenoo and Raul Barreno, his sisters Rachel Rodriguez and Rebecca Vasque, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The Barreno family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered prayers, love and support during this time. Especially to his niece Romie Cardenas.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pecos Funeral Home.
