Ricardo A. Juarez, a devoted family man and skilled craftsman, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, in Pecos, Texas. Born on April 5, 1972, in Coyame, Chihuahua, Mexico, Ricardo embraced life with a steadfast spirit, embodying the qualities of a hardworking and loving individual who left an indelible mark on those who knew him.

Ricardo’s journey took him to Pecos in 1990, where he built not only a home but also a legacy rooted in dedication and care. Known as an all-around handyman, his talent with carpentry was matched only by his unwavering commitment to his daughter and grandchildren. Those close to him remember Ricardo’s quiet strength and generosity—the way he lovingly crafted and cared for his family, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. His cherished moments were often spent enjoying music and watching boxing, passions that brought him joy throughout his life.

Ricardo’s influence endures in the hearts of his daughter Andrea Juarez (Jesus Vallejos); his beloved grandchildren Adairiz, Azeneth, Ricardo, Eduardo, Yutzil, and Adamarie; as well as his sisters Josefina, Margarita, Amparo, and Zulema, and brothers Ramon and Benito along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins who all felt the warmth of his presence.

Ricardo was preceded in death by his loving parents Ramon Juarez and Andrea Acosta, his brothers Jerardo and Chon Juarez, and his nephew Alex Juarez and niece Nelsy Torres.

The community is invited to honor Ricardo’s memory through two days of visitation at Pecos Funeral Home. The first visitation will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., followed by a concluding visitation on Friday, June 5, 2026, during the same hours.

Ricardo A. Juarez’s legacy is one of dedication, love, and skill—a life well-lived and a spirit that will forever resonate in the stories shared and hearts touched by his kindness. As we remember him, we hold close the memories of his craftsmanship, his laughter, and the profound love he had for his family. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Ft. Stockton Home Hospice and Pecos Funeral Home for their care of Ricardo.
