Oscar G. Guerrero, 87, of Pecos, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 in El Paso, Texas. Oscar was born Pueblito de Atlende, Chihuahua to Blas Guerrero and Elena Garcia on September 20, 1936. He married Luz Armendariz on September  22, 1967. He worked as a janitor for Pecos Barstow Toyah ISD for 24 years retiring in 2008. Oscar was a life long Catholic.

Oscar G. Guerrero is preceded in death by his parents; Blas and Elena G. Guerrero, his brother; Regino Guerrero, and sister; Ester Guerrero de Delgado.

Oscar G. Guerrero is survived by his wife Luz A. Guerrero, son; Oscar A. Guerrero, and daughter; Imelia Espudo and ( husband ) Israel Espudo, grandchildren; Israel Ray, Isiah, and Iren Espudo, sisters; Romelia Guerrero, Maria Luisa Guerrero de Arriola, and Maria Teresa Guerrero de Galvan, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 22, 2024 from 1 pm to 9 pm at Pecos Funeral Home with Rosary at 7 pm.

Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 10 am at Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church, with interment following at Greenwood Cemetery in Pecos, Tx.
