He was born in Pecos, Texas on Jan. 21, 1939 to J.B. Wicker and Johnnie Mae Harris Wicker.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday Oct 3, 2016 at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Rey Carreon Officiating.
He is survived by many Friends
