Lorin Readmond

Lorin Marie Readmond, 41, of Mentone, passed away on January 29, 2022 in Mentone.

Lorin was born in Baltimore Maryland to Ronald and Janet Readmond on March 3, 1980 She graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She worked as a Sheriff’s Deputy for Loving County, Texas from 2019 until her death in the line of Duty. She was a veteran and served as a Chief Petty Officer and Intelligence Specialist in the US Naval Reserve from 2006 to 2018.

Lorin is preceded in death by her father Ronald.

Lorin is survived by a Sister Carey Ward and her Husband Adam and their children Frederick and Josephine; 3 brothers; Robert Readmond and his wife Elizabeth and their children Bryce and Marissa; David Readmond and his wife Tristam and their children Melynn, Ayden and Hannah; Jefferson Readmond and his wife Jennifer and their children Kylie and Jefferson; as well as her mother, Janet Readmond.

Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 11 am at the Reeves County Civic Center on 1520 S. Cedar St. in Pecos, Texas.
