Lidia was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico on August 20, 1950, to parents Manuel Rodriguez and Josefina Romero.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 9:00am to 9:00pm, with a Rosary to be held at 7:00pm  at Pecos Funeral Home. Services to be held in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico at a later date.

Lidia was a homemaker who loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father Manuel Rodriguez, Mother Josefina Romera, sisters; Luciana Garcia, Maria Guadalupe Linares and Maria Orona, Brothers; Eladio Rodriguez, and Timoteo Rodriguez.

Lidia is survived by her sons Vicente Munoz and wife Leslie, Mariano Munos and wife Estrella of Pecos, Texas, Pablo Munoz from Pecos, Texas, her sister Aurelia Garcia of Odessa, Texas. Along with 13 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
