Jim C. Moore of Balmorhea, TX 75, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at his home. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 11AM at the Balmorhea Cemetery. Service are under the direction of Pecos Funeral Home. Jim is survived by his daughter Holly White and her husband James of Marfa. The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Toro Diablo Jim Moore Memorial Bull Ride at P.O. Box 186 Balmorhea TX.
