Jacob Matthew Williamson of Odessa, Texas was born on March 1, 1979 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Matt and Jody Williamson of Grants, New Mexico. He passed from this life to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 1, 2014, at his parents home in Pecos, Texas as he celebrated his 35th birthday.
At birth he weighed in at 1 pound, 12 ounces, spending several months in the NeoNatal unit of Bernalillo County Medical Center. He graduated from Pecos High School in 1998, and went on to make his living by driving trucks all over North America. He had a special gift with children of all ages, and was loved by many. Jake was a talented artist and illustrator. He was an avid reader, a movie buff, and a huge fan of Marvel Comics, Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings series. He loved his SciFi, but his greatest interest in life was his love for his family.
Jacob was a Christian, and a member of the Pecos River Valley Walk to Emmaus. His sense of Humor and comedic talents were a joy to experience. He was full of life, love, and a deep desire to help those who could not help themselves. He leaves a vacancy in the hearts of all who knew him.
