Guadalupe Arredondo

Guadalupe "Lupe" Jimenez Arredondo, 63 of Pecos, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in Pecos, TX.
Visitation will be held at 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, March 10, 2019 and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Pecos Funeral Home.
A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Pecos Funeral Home.
Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with Father Cruz officiating. A private cremation will follow. Arrangements are under Pecos Funeral Home.
Lupe Arredondo was born in Pecos, Texas to Cruz and Lila Jimenez on December 25, 1955. She attended Pecos High School in Pecos. She married Raul Arredondo on November 4, 1974 in Pecos. She then moved to California with her husband and her first-born son, Raul Jr. Arredondo and later gave birth to her daughter, Veronica Arredondo in San Francisco where she taught head start for several years. She later returned to Pecos, where she lived the remainder of her life.
Lupe is survived by her husband, Raul O. Arredondo, son Raul Arredondo Jr., daughter Veronica (Vicente Navarro) Arredondo, seven grandchildren, eight siblings; Domingo (Mingo) Jimenez, Imelda Jimenez, Carolina J. Carrillo, Becky J. Benitez, Irene Valle, Norma Jimenez, Cruz Jimenez, and Irma Jimenez along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
