Elvira Montes Mendoza, 94, of Pecos, Tx., passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Reeves County Hospital, Elvira was born on August 4, 1929 to Anastacio And Maria Luz Montes in Presidio, Tx.
Elvira is preceded in death by her parents, Anastacio and Maria Luz Montes, grandson Fabian Arenivas Jr., daughter Estella De La Rosa.
Elvira is survived by sons; Anastacio Arenivas ( Eugenia ), Fabian Arenivas Sr. (Christina), daughters; Elipida Hernandez (Arturo), Rosa Gonzalez (Reyes), Adela Cabezuela (Chilo), Ramona Aguirre (Ralph), Pilar Villarreal (Arnold), Martina Munoz (Roy), and Juana Prieto, 32 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Pecos Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 9 am to 9 pm.
Prayers service will be held at Pecos Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 7 pm officiated by Pastor David Sandoval.
Graveside Service will be on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 10 am at Greenwood Cemetery in Pecos, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Derick, Ricky, Ethan, Champ, Zack, Jr., Justin and James.
