Annabell Millan Candia, 75, of Pecos, passed away on August 23rd, 2026 in Odessa.
Visitation will be 12:00pm-7:00pm Thursday August 27th & Rosary will be Thursday August 27th at 7:00pm at Peaceful Gardens Funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm pm Friday August 28th at Santa Rosa Catholic Church, with Father De la Cruz, officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are by Peaceful Gardens Funeral home.
Annabell was born in Balmorhea, TX to Jose Rodriguez Millan and Cecilia Lozano Millan, on December 5th, 1950. She went to school in Balmorhea, TX. She married Jesus Manuel Candia on April 21, 1970 in Pecos, TX. She graduated from Pecos High School. She worked as a homemaker.
Annabell is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Manuel Candia, her parents, Jose and Cecilia Millan and her brother Gregorio Millan and sister Dolores Millan.
Annabell is survived by sons Jesus Manuel Candia of Pecos, Anthony Ray Candia & his wife Jennifer Levario of Odessa, daughters Jennifer Ann Lozoya & her husband Jaime Lozoya of Jal, NM, Rhonda Marie Candia of Pecos, Lori Lee Cheney & her husband George Cheney of Odessa. Sisters Josephine Millan & Frances Galindo of Pecos & Rachel Millan of El Paso, TX. Grandchildren, Xavier Martinez Jr, Jesus Manuel Candia III, Myranda Kay Martinez, Cheyenne Candia, Fabian Martinez, Damaris Candia, Aislyn Jade Candia, Anthony Jude Candia, Asher Jace Candia, and 2 bonus grandchildren Karyme Lozoya & Toby Lozoya, and 5 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Xavier Martinez Jr, Jesus Manuel Candia III, Fabian Martinez, Aaron Galindo, Geno Millan, Jaime Lozoya, George Cheney, and Toby Lozoya.
