He was born on Nov. 30, 1925 to Luis and Ramona Ortega in Leon Valley Texas.
Rosary will be held on Tuesday Sept. 12, 2017 at 7:30 pm at Christ the King Catholic Church in Balmorhea, Tx
Visitation will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Tuesday Sept. 12, 2017 stating at 3:00 PM
Mass will be held at the Christ the King Catholic Church on Wednesday Sept. 13, 2017 at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Balmorhea Cemetery.
He is survived by Two Sons Israel and wife Mary Jane Ortega of Odessa, Andy Ortega of Houston, Ephraim Ortega of Balmorhea and a daughter Naomi Ortega of Fredericksburg. A Step-Daughter Alberta Nino and husband Jessie Nino pf Odessa. Tx
