Alva Gonzales, 52, of Barstow, passed away on October 6, 2022 in Pecos, Tx.

Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. Monday October 10, 2022 and Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. Monday October 10, 2022 at Pecos Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church in Barstow, Tx officiating funeral will be Father Gabriel of Santa Rosa de Lima Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Barstow Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pecos Funeral Home.

Alva Gonzales was born in Pecos, Tx to Guadalupe Gonzales on October 8, 1969. She went to school in Pecos and graduated at Pecos High School on May 23, 1992.

Alva Gonzales is preceded in death by her Mother Guadalupe Gonzales and her Sister-in-law Juanita Gonzales.

Alva Gonzales is survived by Adopted Mother Genoveva Gonzales of Barstow, Sister Marta Ferrales and fiancé’ Larry Ybarra of Pecos, Brother Patricio Gonzales of Barstow, and Ramon Gonzales of Odessa, Nephews Ray Palomino Jr of Midland and Vincent Palomino of Midland, Mateo and wife Viola Gonzales of Odessa, Esteban Gonzales of San Antonio and Niece Stephanie Gonzales of Odessa and numerous cousins.

Pallbearers will be Ray Palomino Jr., Vincent Palomino, Martin Rico, Ricky Gonzales, Mateo Gonzales, and Ruben Palma.
