Alta Fraley

Alta Rae Fraley, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, formerly of Pecos, Texas, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013 in Paris. Rae was born October 24, 1923 in Stamford, Texas. She was 89 years old.
Rae was preceded in death by her father and mother, Odie Johnson and Bessie Webb Johnson and her husband, Coy Fraley.
Rae was a retired bookkeeper for Card Company CPA Firm in Pecos. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi, 21st Century Club, past president of the Lung Association, and was an active member for many years at First Baptist Church in Pecos, where she served in many church activities.
Rae is survived by one daughter, Jana Sue Fraley Strom of Arlington, Texas one son, Jim Fraley of Branch, Arkansas two granddaughters, Kristina Allen of Paris, Arkansas and Kyra Reames of Lavaca, Arkansas and two greatgranddaughters, Kambra Rae and Kloi Allen.
Burial will be at Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Pecos, Texas.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris, Arkansas, and Pecos Funeral Home, Pecos TX
Visitation will be Thursday October 17, 2013 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Funeral Services will be on Friday October 18, 2013 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church Pecos, TX
