Agapito "Pete" Montoya 95 of Pecos passed from this life on Feb. 22, 2017 at his residence.
Visitation will be held on Friday Feb. 24, 2017 from 10:00 am to 9:00 PM at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel
Rosary will be held at 7:30 pm on Friday Feb 24, 2017 at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass will be held on Sat. Feb. 25, 2017 at 10:00 Am at Santa Rosa De Lima Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery.
He was born on July 2, 1921 in Marfa Texas.
Pete was a ‘Jack of all Trades" and "Mastered them All!" But his lifelong passion was being a mechanic.
Pete was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice (Betty), grandson Samuel Montoya , brother Fidel Montoya and son-in-law Charles (Chuck) Waight.
Pete is survived by and leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters Connie Lozano and husband Elias of Pecos, Tx.,
Gloria Waight of Midland and Dolores Montoya of Odessa, Tx
14 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren
