My beautiful, sweet friend. I had the honor of going to the Holy Land with her. I thank the Lord for having given me the honor to be part of her life. I loved this lady from deep in my heart, she was the explicit example of a Christian. May she Rest In Peace and her soul rejoices in the gloriious promises of the Lord.

I am very sorry for your loss. I remember this Beautiful Woman when either she would visit my Grandmother Elijia Melendes Zuniga at 707 S Peach St. or when my Grandmother would ask me to give her a ride to visit Maria. She was always happy and that beautiful smile of hers was infectious. My mother Candelaria Chavez told me about her passing. Again I am sincerely sorry. I know she is in Heaven and she is catching up with stories with my Grandma Mama. Gene Chavez, Austin Texas.
