Our thoughts and prayers with Pat and the Whitaker Family. I am still in shock of hearing this sad news. Audie was a wonderful person and growing up with her in Barstow, I remember our days in school. She was a very competitive basketball and tennis player. She will always be a BARSTOW BEAR. We will miss stopping by and seeing her when we visit Barstow occasionally. May our Heavenly Father give her family support and encouragement in the days ahead as he has called one of his angels home.

I'm sure going to miss you. We went back to the good old Barstow school years. Tennis, basketball, the school festivals at the park and just riding around the old back roads with friends like Ruth Felts and Lalito Avila. The good old days.

Heaven has gained a wonderful angel! Audi you were such a great example of strength and kindness!!! You gave so much and asked for nothing in return. I can remember the many summers I spent in Barstow. I always looked forward to these summer trips! Puzzles, trips to gibsons in pecos, getting to drive at 11 or 12 years old, and who didn't look forward to a haircut from Audi. I don't know how many others that Audi and Dar called bubba, but that term made me feel so important! Everyone who came in contact with you is a better person for it. I know your reunion with granny will be special! Our pain will be lessened knowing you will be together again. My family and I are so lucky to have had a relationship with you! We love you so much! Mike(bubba), Shannon, Emily, Matt, and Taylor
